Over time, instead of trying to remember what was repaired, who completed the work, how old a major system is, or what still needs attention, you have an organized record of the home.

Annual Home Walkthrough

We Look At The Home Before Small Problems Become Bigger Ones.

Once each year, Grow In Place™ includes a documented visual walkthrough of the property. We photograph and document observable conditions, discuss concerns, identify maintenance priorities, and update the Home Record™.

From there, we help establish what should happen now, what should be planned for later, and what simply needs to be monitored.

This is not a professional home inspection. It is ongoing property stewardship designed to help you stay informed, organized, and prepared.



Maintenance Planning

Roofs, HVAC systems, decks, plumbing, electrical systems, flooring, appliances, drainage, landscaping, and accessibility needs all change over time.

Grow In Place™ helps create and maintain a practical plan for the property so you can anticipate expenses and decisions rather than constantly reacting to them.

That may include immediate maintenance, preventative maintenance, future repairs, larger capital improvements, accessibility changes, and longer term projects.

The goal is to create a realistic three to five year view of the home so you can plan ahead instead of waiting for something to become urgent.



Vendor And Project Coordination

You Do Not Have To Manage Every Contractor Yourself.

When work is needed, we can help identify appropriate vendors, organize estimates, coordinate scheduling, document work, and keep open items from disappearing into text messages and forgotten conversations.

You remain in control of the property and approve the work.

Grow In Place™ provides the organization and coordination behind it.

Vendor labor, materials, permits, inspections, repairs, and outside professional services are separate from the membership fee.

That might mean something as simple as better lighting or easier maintenance.

It could eventually involve bathroom modifications, entry improvements, first floor living, exterior changes, or larger renovation planning.

The point is not to make unnecessary modifications.

The point is to understand your options before they become urgent.

Membership includes an annual family planning conversation and written summary when appropriate.

Authorized access does not create ownership, guardianship, power of attorney, or decision making authority.

The homeowner remains in control.
